Subscriptions & Orders

How can I update my order?

To change your order, connect with our care team. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we'll do our best to process your request. Generally, if you request a change at least 5 days before your next shipment, we will be able to adjust the order. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders after they've been placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll notify you via email, complete with a tracking number for you to monitor its progress. Do give the tracking system up to 48 hours to update.

How much notice do I need to give before canceling an order?

Notify us at least 5 days before your order is processed to cancel. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible. We send order notifications 3 days in advance to allow time for changes. 

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promo code per order.

How does my subscription plan work?

After setting up your subscription, your card will be charged according to the frequency you selected. Manage your subscription through the Everpath customer portal or via links in upcoming order notifications. You'll receive a notification 3 days before each charge for adjustments.

How do I cancel my account?

Email us at info@everpathpets.com to initiate account cancellation.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Google Pay. Gift cards are also available for purchase on our website.

Can I cancel an order?

You can always manage your upcoming orders before they've been placed. You can access the Everpath customer portal at any point before your order has been placed to rush, delay, adjust, or skip the order. However, once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. We send upcoming order notifications 3 days prior to your order date. We require that all cancel or change requests occur at least 48 hours prior to order processing.
